Gynecologic Cancer Support Group at TCI (virtual) - Please call (562) 933-2833 to register and receive the Zoom Link.
This support group is designed for individuals who have been recently diagnosed with or are currently undergoing treatment for gynecologic cancers. Research has shown that support groups can help participants better understand their diagnosis, build meaningful connections, reduce feelings of loneliness and anxiety, gain practical coping strategies, and improve overall treatment outcomes.
The group is facilitated by a licensed clinical social worker and an oncology nurse and meets via Zoom on the first and third Tuesday of each month from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Individuals are welcome to participate regardless of where they receive treatment.
