The Expressive Arts Workshop is a biweekly expressive arts workshop designed to nurture emotional healing and personal empowerment for individuals navigating cancer. Through guided art-making activities, this workshop creates a safe and welcoming space where participants can explore their inner world.
Led by Anna Nahanni, a highly experienced art therapist, this workshop promotes emotional well-being by helping participants reduce anxiety, build resilience, and foster a strong sense of community.
All supplies will be provided. No prior art experience needed.
